Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on insurance benefit options tailored to their individual needs

• Sell and service supplemental insurance products, including life, accident, and health coverage

• Build strong, long-term relationships through personalized consultation

• Provide continued support to clients, helping them manage and adjust their policies

• Follow up on high-quality leads, schedule appointments, and close sales in a professional and ethical manner

• Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and accessible way

• Represent AO Globe Life with integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven

• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

• Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus, but not required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
