Key Responsibilities
Educate clients on insurance benefit options tailored to their individual needs
Sell and service supplemental insurance products, including life, accident, and health coverage
Build strong, long-term relationships through personalized consultation
Provide continued support to clients, helping them manage and adjust their policies
Follow up on high-quality leads, schedule appointments, and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
Communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and accessible way
Represent AO Globe Life with integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus, but not required
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
