Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gas Licencesd Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Gas Licencesd Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of home appliances. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our customers.
Duties:
- Diagnose and repair various appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, rangehoods, otr, microwaves, freezer, wine cooler and coffee makers
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify issues
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs
- Replace faulty parts and components using appropriate tools
- Test repaired appliances to ensure proper functionality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve appliance issues
- Mechanical knowledge for disassembling and reassembling appliances
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
