Now, we’re growing faster than ever — we're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our growing company. This role focuses on client communication and sales activities. To ensure seamless tasks with our clients.

Position Overview
As a Customer Care and Sales Specialist , you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

  • Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
  • Assist customers and clients in transaction processing, and account information updates as required.
  • Oversee and maintain client data in the system, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
  • Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed. Building meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer retention or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport to clients.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confident in using Zoom, spreadsheets, and communication tools
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Authorized to work in Canada or the U.S.
