We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our Viking and Lynx brand websites and Digital Marketing initiatives. This role involves optimizing website performance and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Website Management: Oversee website content, SEO, UX/UI improvements, and performance analytics with support from third party web development agency.

• SEO & SEM Optimization: Improve search rankings and visibility through keyword strategies and paid search campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns, and post-purchase campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.

Content Strategy: Ensure engaging and accurate product descriptions, images, and metadata across digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and PIM systems.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills. Writing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a positive, professional attitude.
• Advanced experience with applications including MS Excel, PIM applications, Hubspot and/or other CRM platforms.
