We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman/Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial/commercial projects. This role manages labor crews (100 workers), materials, scheduling, and production while ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The position requires strong leadership in the field, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Manage project staffing, scheduling, material coordination, and tool inventories.
• Work closely with project management and prefabrication teams to optimize efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for prefab, implement best practices, and recommend new tools/technologies.
• Track budgets, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and electrical codes.
• Provide mentorship to foremen and sub-foremen to strengthen leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as an Electrical Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in industrial/commercial construction.
• Journeyman Wireman license.
• Must have OSHA 30.
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, NFPA standards, and installation methods.
• Experience working with AutoDesk.
• Additional safety training (Fall Protection, Confined Space, Trenching/Excavation, CPR/First Aid, NFPA-70E) is a plus.
