Global Digital Marketing Manager

Join Ormco as a Global Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our global digital marketing strategy, ensuring cohesive and impactful campaigns across all channels. You will lead a talented team of specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion the overarching global digital marketing strategy to be executed by regions, aligning with business objectives and driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention across international markets.

Campaign Management & Oversight: Lead the strategy, measurement plans, and creative deliverables for all digital marketing initiatives which will be executed by local markets, which may include:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Email Marketing
  • Paid Social Media Advertising
  • Display Advertising Campaigns
  • Customer Retention Campaigns
  • Website strategy and optimization

Performance Measurement & Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive measurement plans to track the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team consisting of a Global Website Specialist, a Global Creative Strategist, and a Global SEO Strategist. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional marketing teams, sales, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing strategies with broader business initiatives.

Regional collaboration and support: Serve as a key point of contact and advocate for regional marketing teams, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure effective implementation of global initiatives.

Budget Management: Oversee the global digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors.

Staying Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor the evolving digital marketing landscape, identifying new technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

This role can be based in either of the following locations:

Brea, CA, US / Prague, CZ / Madrid, ES / Zurich, CH / Amersfoort, NL. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location, professional background, and relevant experience.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on global strategy and execution.
  • 3-4 years of experience in leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEM, SEO, email, paid social, display, website).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with global website management and localization best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global organization or managing international marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of additional digital marketing channels and technologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
