Overview Occupational Therapist OT - VNA Home Health Butler,PA; Northern Butler County; and Slippery Rock, PA areas Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. The Occupational Therapist OT - VNA Home Health provides quality Occupational Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics Qualifications The Qualifications for Occupational Therapists: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‐year college or university with a degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters degree preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with senior population. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication. Maintains current PA License as an Occupational Therapist, including meeting continuing education requirements.
