We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Family Medicine Clinic. Pay & Benefits:

• Compensation: $36.44 - $58.30 hourly wage based on experience and education

This position manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic, health center, or inpatient service and takes complete ownership for the successful operations, including financial, employee engagement and retention, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service delivered in a financially efficient manner. Monitors all key performance indicators and continuously identifies and implements improvements and efficiencies. Works closely with department leads and clinical leadership on staff, provider recruitment, development, and retention. Collaborates with Foundation leaders and partners with community organizations to enhance service delivery and build Foundation's market share and brand. Supports marketing efforts and media relations to promote the location and providers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and revise operational procedures to ensure efficiency and excellent results.
• Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded, including financial controls, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiencies. Coach staff to optimize the patient experience and foster a personalized, high-quality service environment.
• Provide leadership, promote teamwork, and develop staff, leaders, and physicians. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain community partnerships to attract and retain patients, supporting the Foundation's brand and growth strategies. Coordinate with PR and marketing for promotion and media opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and government standards through reviews, audits, and training. Serve as the compliance liaison.
• Manage physical plant needs, including maintenance and repairs, to support a safe and engaging environment for staff and patients.
• Support clinical functions as needed, possessing the appropriate licensure if in a clinical capacity. Participate in clinical programs and patient care activities.
• Perform all duties in accordance with policies, regulations, and professional standards, providing excellent service to all customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality industry with accountability for performance metrics. Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and ability to manage in a complex, fast-changing environment are essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are required. Ability to build effective relationships with physicians, staff, and leadership is critical.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional education or experience in business, finance, or healthcare management. Experience in managed care or integrated delivery systems is a plus.
