Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Family Medicine Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. As Practice Manager, you will oversee staff coordination, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, optimize clinic workflows, and support providers in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. Pay & Benefits:
This position manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic, health center, or inpatient service and takes complete ownership for the successful operations, including financial, employee engagement and retention, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service delivered in a financially efficient manner. Monitors all key performance indicators and continuously identifies and implements improvements and efficiencies. Works closely with department leads and clinical leadership on staff, provider recruitment, development, and retention. Collaborates with Foundation leaders and partners with community organizations to enhance service delivery and build Foundation's market share and brand. Supports marketing efforts and media relations to promote the location and providers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, retail, or hospitality industry with accountability for performance metrics. Entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and ability to manage in a complex, fast-changing environment are essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are required. Ability to build effective relationships with physicians, staff, and leadership is critical.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Additional education or experience in business, finance, or healthcare management. Experience in managed care or integrated delivery systems is a plus.
