Our MindClub America team is focused on getting excellent outcomes for folks who struggle with mental health conditions. Our mission is to help every person achieve and maintain mental fitness and we have a toolkit that helps people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives with easy access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.
MindClub is building relationships with employers in which MindClub provides all outpatient mental health services, and we are building rosters of therapists and other clinicians in most states.
We are actively looking for a licensed therapist to assist in building a team of social workers and other therapists in Georgia and possibly other states. We want an experienced therapist who is passionate about helping people who struggle with mental health conditions and/or abuse of alcohol or other drugs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mental health counseling and experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
This position will have the job title “Practice Manager” and it is an independent contractor position. MindClub pays $1,500 for 10 hours per month and can involve a cash bonus plan. The primary functions of the Practice Manager are 1) assist in identifying therapists who will work with MindClub and 2) assist in ensuring that we have appropriate skill sets in the clinical teams in each state. We perform credentialing, quality assurance and other support activities from our Tennessee home office.
Each Practice Manager can provide mental health services with us and supervise pre-license therapists, and earn separate fee income for those services.

Qualifications of Practice Manager:
· Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field required
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
