• Physicians in Practice: 3 IRs
• % of Practice: Hospital based practice w/ protected clinic time 1 out of 4 days.
• Support Staff:
- 5 nurses and 6 techs for IP, rounding nurse and IR clinical coordinator.
- OP/clinic has MA/RVT and clinic manager and front desk staff.
• Required Procedures:
- G-tube changes and PICCs.
- Angio, CT, CTA, Angioplast
- Endovenous Laser Treatment, Stent, Chemoembolization, Embolization, GI/GU Intervention.
- Needle Biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE, Kyphoplasty
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: Hospital is not a trauma center.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• IN License
• BC/BE in ABR
• IR Fellowship
• ACLS
