Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes. The Opportunity As part of the Merger and Acquisition Tax team you are going to provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager you are going to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. Additionally, you are going to be responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
