ABOUT YOU As a Temporary Recruiter, you are an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and care. You build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike through clear, timely communication and a collaborative approach. You embrace structure and compliance while remaining flexible and proactive in the face of change, especially when learning new systems or improving processes. With strong judgment, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a seamless, high-touch hiring experience, you ensure every step of the recruitment process reflects excellence and integrity.
What you will do: - Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection and onboarding.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements by following established processes and coordinating with vendors.
- Support system transitions by learning new tools, applying updated processes, providing feedback, and maintaining data accuracy throughout the change.
WHAT YOU OFFER - Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (preferred), with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Manage multiple requisitions and hiring timelines using strong organizational and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form, while maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate proficiency with applicant tracking systems (NeoGov and/or Oracle Fusion preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
